autobook version 1.4.4-unofficial, 2005-08-23

- No longer ship autobook.{ps,pdf} and .html files, but generate them
  at build-time.  You'll now need texinfo to typeset this stuff.  See
  README for all build-time requirements.

- examples/Makefile.am: fixed stupid typo which made build break terribly:
  1.4.2.999-unofficial was unusable.  Thanks Anibal Monsalve Salazar for
